Julie and Paul would like to thank you for joining them on their big day and helping them celebrate their wedding. They are so excited to start this new chapter in their lives together surrounded by friends and family.
The flavors for the chocolates are based on their initials: PB & J. They thought it would be fun to do a riff on one of Paul’s favorite sandwiches, the classic peanut butter and jelly. In fact, when Elissa was born Paul made and brought a PB&J sandwich to meet his new little sister! They hope you enjoy and thank you again for being here with them today!
This Month's Flavors
PB
Peanut Praline with Raspberry Milk Chocolate Ganache
A praline is a paste made from caramelized nuts, in this case peanuts. Paul has always loved the combination of raspberry and milk chocolate, so it was the obvious choice for his wedding chocolate.
J
Peanut Dark Chocolate Gianduja with Raspberry Pâte de Fruit
Julie is a much bigger fan of dark chocolate, so her wedding chocolate had to be a gianduja – a praline mixed with chocolate. A pâte de fruit is a gummy set with pectin instead of gelatin, and a beloved French confection. Look for the stronger, tarter raspberry flavor!
