1. Speculoos Cookies
A wonderful Dutch cookie, speculoos (or speculaas) is a lightly spiced almond cookie. Crisp and buttery, these are a much better version of a waffle cone in my opinion!
2. Neapolitan Checkerboard Cookies
Just like the ice cream, these buttery cookies combine vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. The checkerboard pattern really helps show off all the beauty of these three flavors.

I inquired about these a month ago and was told I would be notified when they would be added to the menu. Sure enough, I was notified that the time was now. I made my selection and order on Monday and the goods were at my door Wednesday morning. I am saving them for a visit soon so I have not opened them but everything I have gotten from Chocolates by E has been just scrumptious!
