2. Ruby Chocolate Thumbprints
Ruby chocolate is a naturally pink chocolate from Callebaut. Not only is the color striking, the flavor is quite unlike any other – very berry-like and tangy! The dark chocolate cookie dough is buttery and deeply chocolatey. Beautiful and delicious!

I inquired about these a month ago and was told I would be notified when they would be added to the menu. Sure enough, I was notified that the time was now. I made my selection and order on Monday and the goods were at my door Wednesday morning. I am saving them for a visit soon so I have not opened them but everything I have gotten from Chocolates by E has been just scrumptious!
